Framework Agreement for the Procurement of office Furniture
Mattilsynet [the Norwegian Food Safety Authority] will enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of office and environment furniture. The contract will apply for all of the Norwegian Food Safety Authority's offices throughout the country.
The purpose of the procurement is to safeguard the Norwegian Food Safety Authority's need for good quality office and environment furniture in a cost-efficient, environmentally and socially responsible manner. The framework agreement will also ensure that all of the Norwegian Food Safety Authority's premises have a uniform design.
Since 2015, the Norwegian Food Safety Authority has had an ongoing project for modernisation of the office locations. This includes the procurement of new office furniture. There are still some offices to be upgraded. There will also be a supplementary need for other office locations.
Option to extend the contract for 1 year + 1 year.
