Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) invites Applications from suitably qualified companies to participate in the Pre-Qualification process for the proposed tender for the Supply and Delivery of Concrete Sleeper Components, namely:
Lot 1 Slit Nuts — hexagon 22mm slit nut produced from cold drawn steel with tapered end. Threaded 10.8mm.
Lot 2 Bell Washers — pressed steel domed washer approx. 56mm dia x 25mm deep.
Lot 3 Hairpin Bars — supply of 10mm cold drawn threaded steel bars for use as reinforcement/stressing tendons in the manufacture of concrete sleepers.
This will be for a 3 year fixed price period with the option to extend for an additional 2 years.
Please note:
— The designs for items 1 and 2 are the intellectual property of P-Tec International GmbH and may only be manufactured under licence.
—The thread detail for item 3 is the intellectual property of P-Tec International GmbH and may only be used under licence.
A Pre Qualification Questionnaire is attached to this notice and should be donwnloaded, completed and returned.
