Under its package of benefits, the EIB Group offers to its staff members the possibility to have their children taken care of in a crèche located in a building of the EIB Group (the “EIB Crèche”) or in other crèches in Luxembourg contracted by the EIB.
Having previously entered into contractual agreements with one service provider for the management of the EIB Crèche, the EIB Group wishes to continue offering this service to its staff members in the future.
Through this Call for Tenders and the subsequent Contract with one service provider, the EIB seeks one company specialised in the management of a crèche in a building belonging to the client to manage the EIB Creche.

This Call for tenders is a public procurement procedure for the award of contracts for social and other specific services in the sense of Directive 2014/24/EU Art. 74, Annex XIV of Directive 2014/24/EU and this Prior Information Notice is published in line with Directive 2014/24/EU Art. 75 (b).
The contract will be awarded without further publication of a Contract Notice and interested economic operators are invited to express their interest in writing by email to the email address specified in this Notice.
The principles and method applicable to the evaluation process, as well as the stages of the evaluation process are described in the invitation to tender and the Terms of Reference. The estimated date for the dispatch of invitations to tender is by the end of Q3 2018/beginning of Q4 2018.
