all competitors (even if they are consortium members, reunited, networkers or auxiliaries) must declare that they possess the general requirements, economic-financial and technical-professional capacity required for participation in the tender, according to the procedures indicated in the tender regulations.

List and brief description of selection criteria:

all economic operators who intend to compete must produce, together with the remaining documentation provided for in this announcement and in the tender regulations, under penalty of exclusion from this tender procedure, the certification of their quality management system in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001-2015, currently valid, issued by an accredited body or other accreditation body signatory of the EA / IAF agreements of silent recognition in the specific sector, referring to the company / RTI participant or the manufacturer it represents, in the context of one of the following product sectors:

- IAF 18 ("Machinery and equipment");

- IAF 19 (“Electrical and optical equipment”);

- IAF 23 (“Production of manufactured goods (not elsewhere classified)”);

- IAF 29 ("Wholesale, retail").

In case of R.T.I. the aforementioned certification must be owned by at least one company. If the competitor does not produce a copy of the documentation indicated in this paragraph, he must submit suitable self-certification, signed by the legal representative or by an attorney with the necessary powers to represent him, drawn up pursuant to and for the purposes of the D.R.P. n. 445/2000, with the procedures set out in art. 38, paragraph 3, which certifies its possession. In the case of consortia, the technical-professional capacity requirements required for participation in this contract must be possessed by the consortium itself, pursuant to art. 47, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016.

c) Subcontracting is allowed to an extent not exceeding 50% of the contractual amount, due to the particular type of products required, the assembly of which may require recourse to companies other than the contractor. Furthermore, the quality of the backpack kits will be ensured by the certifications guaranteeing the quality of the materials supplied, which are required by law.

d) The D.U.V.R.I. has not been drawn up due to the absence of interference.

e) The Tender Identification Code attributed to this procedure by the A.N.AC. is: 89197613A2.

g) The tender was not divided into functional lots due to the homogeneity of the material being acquired.
