Tolletaten (Norwegian Customs) wants to enter into a framework agreement for short-time rental of rental vehicles. The purpose of the procurement is to have access to rental vehicles at any given time. Some operational units have a need to use vehicles where the user (Norwegian Customs] can not be recognised (the agency's need for anonymity and protection against recognition). Each rental agreement only concerns driving for the purpose of the service, and mainly driving in Norway, but the vehicles can also be used in Sweden and Finland as needed.
