The consultation covers the following services:

(a) design studies, manufacture, testing, delivery, commissioning and warranty of rolling stock and operating systems compatible with the Marseillais network and exploitable in full automatic driving, together with a set of services necessary or complementary to those products;

(b) a 2 phase maintenance service incorporating 1 contract for the supply of spare parts and intended to optimise the maintenance plan. The metropolitan area (coordinator of the group) and RTM have signed an order grouping agreement under Article 28 of Order No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 to designate the supplier responsible for supplying new trainsets and operating and maintenance systems. A single procurement procedure is launched. Upon completion, the successful tenderer will sign 1 separate AE with each member of the grouping (M1A = MAMP and M1B = gtr).
