This consultation does not cover persons falling within the scope of Articles L. 2141-8 2.o and L. 2141-10 of the Public Order Code. Similarly, lot 3 contains services, some of which may be covered by the assistance to the contracting authority in the drawing up of the CEDs of the subsequent contracts intended for the framework agreements for lots 1 and 2. In accordance with Articles L. 2141-8 2oL. 2141-10 and L. 2113-10 of the CCP, the candidate bidding for lot 3 will not be able to bid for the other lots. This provision shall apply to authorised representatives, co-contractors and subcontractors declared at the time of submission of the tender. If this is not the case, the candidate will see all these declared irregular tenders for failure to comply with the above rule.

Each framework agreement shall be concluded for an initial period of 3 years from the date of notification. The implementation of the framework agreement begins:

— lots 1 and 2: from the notification of 1ER order form requesting the start of the deployment service. This notification will take place no later than 3 months before the expiry of the current Framework Agreement, i.e. 18.4.2020.

— lot 3: as soon as the Framework Agreement is notified.
