winter operations.

- Technical and professional competence/relevant experience is required of the key personnel who will be engaged in this assignment. In this contract the drivers/machine operators are seen as key personnel.

Health safety and environment.

Tenderers must have a system showing that they work pro-actively to ensure safety, health and working environment (SHA), with relevance for equivalent works to those included in this contest.
