Company registration certificate and tax certificate.
III.1.2)Economic and financial standingList and brief description of selection criteria:
The tenderer's last annual accounts or extracts thereof.
If a tenderer cannot provide the above documentation, or wants to document that these give a misleading picture of his financial situation, he must prove his economic and financial standing by providing other documents relevant to the company's accounting figures/finances.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:
Tenderers must have satisfactory finances to fulfil the contract, equivalent to rating class A.
Tenderers must have had a turnover in recent years that is equivalent to the value of this contract.
III.1.3)Technical and professional abilityList and brief description of selection criteria:
The tenderer's most important projects in the last 5 years, including their value, time frame and recipient, with particular emphasis on organisation.
An account of the tenderer's quality assurance system, alternatively, submit an attestation/certificate from an independent body verifying that the tenderer complies with relevant quality assurance standard (ISO 9001:2015 certificate, or equivalent).
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:
Tenderers and sub-suppliers for HVAC and sanitation and electro must have experience from assignments with equivalent organisational challenges in the last 5 years as regards size and complexity in order to fulfil the contract in a satisfactory way.
