Kolumbus AS intends to establish a dynamic purchasing system in order to procure vehicle sharing services.
The system will facilitate vehicle sharing to gain a solid foothold and quick growth at Nord-Jæren by establishing a network of shared (electric)vehicles that will be deployed at specific locations in collaboration with public and private actors. The vehicles in the network will be made digitally available for individuals and businesses through Kolumbus’ app, so other mobility services are also visible.
Kolumbus will not own the vehicles, but will instead take the role of marketing coordinator and facilitate good connections between area (property owner), shared vehicles (operators) and customers (residents) in a common network.

Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Requirement:
Tenderers must have the sufficient financial strength to fulfil the contract.
Documentation requirement:
Documentation requirement: Annual accounts including the board's annual report and the auditor's statement for the last 3 years. If the tenderer does not have Annual Accounts for the last 3 years, the Annual Accounts for the last or two last years should be delivered.
The contracting authority reserves the right to also obtain a separate credit rating of the supplier via a credit rating company.
If the tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, for example newly started companies, the tenderer can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.
