The current turnover of the venue is approximately 2 800 000 GBP per annum. The existing contract to operate the venue expires in September 2021. The Council is looking to let a new contract for the operation of G-Live to a suitably qualified operator who will further develop the business.

Guildford Borough Council intends to hold a ‘Supplier Day’ for any interested potential suppliers/service providers to attend. The Supplier Day will be held in Guildford on 3.12.2019 at 11.00-13.00 and is aimed at providing potential suppliers with further information about the venue including a tour of the building. There will also be a question and answer session which will give potential suppliers the opportunity to ask any questions, and give the Council the opportunity to make clarifications to the procurement process and outline the Council’s expectations and requirements regarding the future operation of G-Live.
