The purpose of the assignment is to provide a planning framework for investments in mobility and transport in Niš (Serbia) and for the re-purposing and regeneration of the urban railway corridor. A sustainable urban mobility plan shall be developed and a programme of priority investments shall be identified with a view to financing by the EIB. Estimated contract implementation period is 15 months. The service provider is expected to mobilise two senior experts specialised in transport planning and urban planning as well as other punctual ad-hoc expertise on a short term basis.
