This is a call for tenders in a form of an open procedure to conclude 1 service contract in the context of the action INNOSUP-06-2018.

The contactor will be required to provide supporting services related to the design, selection methods and analysis of the results of the RCTs - randomised control trials - projects funded by INNOSUP-06-2018.

The work is divided into four work packages which will take place at different stages before and during the implementation of projects selected under the call “INNOSUP-06-2018”.:

Tasks to be carried out by the contractor are further detailed in the tender specifications in Section 1.4.1.

The changes are the following:

1. A new invitation to tender.

2. A few changes to the tender specifications:

Section 3.8. Identification of the tenderer: two paragraphs added.

Section 4.3. Selection criteria: the word "regulatory" deleted.

Section 4.3.1. Declaration and evidence: the word "regulatory" deleted.

Section 4.3.2. Legal and regulatory capacity: this section becomes not applicable to this call for tenders anymore.

Section Annexes: deletion of the Annex 9: e-Submission application guide.

3. A few changes to the annexes of the tender specifications:

In the Annex 2: Letter of submission of tender: a part of section 1.1.Tenderer’s identification and the entire section 4 Bank identification are deleted.
