IDS M&E Consultancy Support
The following operations will include:
M&E consultancy services for:
— passenger lifts,
— M&E audit services,
— fire alarm and emergency lighting,
— door entry systems,
— automated opening vents,
— electrical (communal and domestic) (inc. lateral and riser mains).
All of the above is to residential housing stock.
Lot 1: Principal provider
London, Hertfordshire, Essex.
2 additional years subject to conditions precedent. Estimated values above include full 5 year term.

The figures and values are indicative only and make no representation as to future values.
The award will not be split into trade specific packages. Any works requiring sub-contracting to specialists must be coordinated through the successful Contractor.
Lot 2: Back Up
The following operations may include:

NB: Lot 2 is for back-up/resilience purposes and as such may have limited spend throughout the duration.

In order to obtain information for this tender, bidders must log on to the “Tender Platform” website:
1) Click the link http://xantive.supplierselect.com/rfp/
If not already registered follow point 2 otherwise log in and follow Point 5.
2) Click the link “Create a new organization account”;
3) Register an account;
4) Login with new details;
5) Click “Public Projects” link at top right of screen;
6) Click “Create Invitation” for the “IDS M&E Consultancy support” project;
7) Change status to accepted;
8) Complete questionnaire displayed and change status to “submitted”.
Note: Bidders will not be able to access the relevant information or to submit an application in any other manner.
The Contracting Authority shall comply with Regulations 86 and 87 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 when notifying applicants of the outcome of this procurement.
