The Lapland ELY Centre asks for a tender preparation in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The content of the service to be supplied is set out in Annex 1 of the service description attached to the invitation to tender. The contracting entity selects two (2) suppliers to conclude a framework contract.

The contracting entity reserves the right not to acquire all or part of a service specified in this invitation to tender. The amount of procurement resulting from this call for tenders will be carried out within the limits of the appropriations available for the budget year. The possibility of two (2) one-year options for the years 2020-2022 is also reserved. The exercise of the option is at the discretion of the buyer. The value and the amount of the option may be equal to or less than the option.
