The work of EUIPO for the next 5 years is being defined in the strategic plan for 2020 (‘SP2020’) which has been adopted on 1.6.2016 and is further detailed in the annual work programmes of the Office. With SP2020, EUIPO wishes to continue to pursue its operational and administrative activities in the most optimal way and to be best prepared for future challenges.
The scope of the present call for tender is to obtain provision of services for staff satisfaction surveys. The surveys should be performed by an independent provider on a regular and cyclic time-frame to help the Office achieve the objectives set out in the SP2020.

This call for tender will provide a contractual way of satisfying the needs for:
— provision of staff satisfaction surveys in a cyclic manner and independently,
— the management of the whole process and methodology: from questionnaire preparation and validation, to launching the survey, producing the results, analysing the results, facilitating workshops to build actions plans with EUIPO staff and managers.
Services within these domains will always be delivered under the supervision, control and authority of a EUIPO staff member.
The scope of the awarded framework contract covers the services as detailed in Annex II — technical specifications.
