This FWC is divided in two modules. For Module 1, corrective maintenance including helpdesk for application incident management, services will be requested based on specific contracts for fixed price with the expected duration of 6 months each. For Module 2, evolutive maintenance, changes to EODC components identified during the course of the FWC will be requested based on a request for services to the contractor, the contractor’s specific estimation of effort and on specific contracts for fixed price.
