Provision of Ship and Company Data to the Equasis Database
The scope of the contract is the provision of regular updates of ship and company related information under electronic format for non-commercial use. More information is available in the published procurement documents.
Provision of Ship and Company Data to the Equasis Database – Lot 1 Ship Data
The subject of the data procured for lot 1 is all self-propelled seagoing merchant ships and fishing vessels that are furnished with an IMO number in accordance with the mandatory and voluntary IMO numbering scheme.
The FWC may be renewed up to two times for 12 months each time, only before expiry of the FWC and with the express written agreement of the parties.
Provision of Ship and Company Data to the Equasis Database – Lot 2 Company Data
The subject of the data procured for lot 2 is all companies that have some relation (e.g. ship or ISM managers, owners, etc.) with the ships that are in the scope of lot 1.

The tenders received electronically will be opened in the offices of the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA), Praça Europa 4, 1249-206 Lisboa, PORTUGAL.

Section VI: Complementary information
In case of unavailability or disruptions in the functioning of the electronic means of communication provided in Section I.3) in the last five calendar days before the time limit for receipt indicated in Section IV.2.2), the contracting authority reserves the right to extend this time limit and publish the extension at the Internet address provided in Section I.3), without a preceding publication of a corrigendum to this notice. Economic operators interested in this procurement are invited to subscribe to the call for tenders at the address in Section I.3) in order to get notified when new information or documents are published.
Access to the market is open to specific third countries as per point 19 ITT.
