FMSP Soft Facilities Management Services at Clyde
The supplier is required to provide soft facilities management services at Her Majesty’s Navy Base Clyde for the Royal Navy.
East Dunbartonshire, West Dunbartonshire and Helensburgh and Lomond.
The scope of this contract comprises the following services for the Royal Navy: cleaning; grounds maintenance and waste management; catering; retail; accommodation and leisure; office services; transport services; and motor transport fleet administration.
The supplier will provide soft facilities management services to meet the requirements of the Authority.
Initial contract length will be for 5 years with an option to extend by up to 2 years.

The Future Maritime Support Programme (FMSP), part of DE&S, is competing the provision of Soft Facilities Management Services at Clyde Naval Base within Defence Contracts Online only.
This contract is considered to be exempt from the Treaty of the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) under Article 346(1)(a). The economic operator to be awarded the contract will 85 000 be required to operate at a location where only appropriately cleared UK nationals may access, being the home port for the nation’s nuclear deterrent. Due to this requirement, the Authority is proceeding with the procurement process in reliance on the exemption in Article 346(1)(a) TFEU and the general exclusion from the Defence and Security Public Contract Regulations 2011 (DSPCR) under Regulation 7(1)(a).
