The Council is looking to identify and select organisations that are suitably qualified and experienced to provide the services detailed in the specification. It is intended to allow all interested tenderers to submit bids for any or all lots available in the expectation that a new Contractors Framework will be created. The works required include small building works and disabled adaptations, including the installation of stairlifts and wash/dry toilets and also extensions to properties.
