The contractor should develop 2 distinct e-Learning modules for people who need to conduct toxicological testing and are interested to learn more about Alternative testing methods. As such, the modules should facilitate applying the principle of replacement, reduction and refinement of animal testing as per the Directive 2010/63/EU. The application of the 3 Rs is a legal requirement in the EU based on the Directive 2010/63/EU. Concerning the area of replacement, this service contract intends to, develop 2 dedicated training modules for persons interested in searching for, and the identification of, existing alternative non-animal methods and approaches (Module I), and in developing new alternative approaches for regulatory use (Module II).

Such complaint does not have as an effect either to suspend the time-limit to launch an appeal or to open a new period for lodging an appeal.
