Sykehusinnkjøp HF will, on behalf of the regional health authorities, carry out a national procurement of sleep apnea devices.

Prior to the tender notice, we want feedback from the market on the attached parts of the tender documentation as they are today.

We encourage potential tenderers to use this opportunity to provide input on the attached documents.

Feedback must be given via the communication module in Mercell by 23 October 2020, 9.00.

The attached tender documents are only for hearing and are non-binding for the contracting authority.

Sykehusinnkjøp HF will, on behalf of the regional health authorities, carry out a national procurement of sleep apnea devices.

The notice is planned for November 2020.

Prior to the tender notice, the contracting authority would like feedback on parts of the tender documentation as it is today. Therefore, the contracting authority is publishing drafts of the following for this prior information notice: requirements specification and price sheet.

It is particularly important that potential tenderers provide feedback about unreasonable minimum requirements or other conditions that inhibit competition, as well as uncertainties in the requirements specification or other documents.

We particularly want feedback on the following points:

Price sheet: is this an appropriate way to price this product? Please comment on alternative ways to price the product if you have input regarding this.

Requirements specification: are the requirements achievable and appropriate? Are there any requirements missing that should be included? Please comment on changes or other requirements that should be set.

We also want feedback about what the major cost-drivers in the contest are, for example, through requirements of the service and possibly which cost-reducing measures the contracting authority can contribute to the in the contest and eventually in the contract period.

NB: attention is drawn to the fact that any questions or input will, as a general rule, not be answered.

Feedback is requested on the attached contest documents via the communications module in Mercell by 23 October 2020, 9.00.

Feedback can be given either in a document with clear reference to which requirement/point in which document is being commented on or by using the ‘track changes’ function in the Word documents. Feedback on the price sheet must be given in a separate document.
