1) In lots 1 to 6 we need to add into the title of each lot the word ‘Synthetic’;
2) In the short description II.I.4) need to add in ‘Synthetic’ before Hernia Mesh;
3) In lots 1 to 6 in each description of the procurement can we put in the word ‘Synthetic’ then to the product name ie Flat Mesh Synthetic;
3) The closing date needs changed to Friday 8 January 2021;
4) We need to create a new lot. It will be Lot 10 and is titled ‘Fixation Device with Cyanoacrylates’.
