Recording, editing, production and distribution of video and radio programmes for the European Commission Representation in Rome — PO/2016-07/ROM.
The Representation of the European Commission in Rome is seeking an economic operator for the preparation, recording, editing and production of single radio and video interviews and radio-video programmes on European issues, and for their transmission to a network of broadcasters and their publication online and on various dedicated pages/accounts on social networks.
Every week, the contracting authority requires the contractor to produce and distribute 3 complementary types of products:
— single radio and video interviews,
— short video reports, to be included in the video programme, to illustrate or introduce the themes of each single interview,
— 1 radio and 1 video programme, regrouping and editing the single radio and video interviews.
Maximum 3, each for 1 year.

If you believe that there was maladministration, you may lodge a complaint to the European Ombudsman within 2 years of the date when you became aware of the facts on which the complaint is based (see http://www.ombudsman.europa.eu).
Within 2 months of notice of the award decision, you may launch an action for annulment of the award decision. Any request you may make and any reply from us, or any complaint for maladministration, will have neither the purpose nor the effect of suspending the time limit for launching an action for annulment or of opening a new period for launching an action for annulment. The body responsible for hearing annulment procedures is indicated in Section VI.4.1.
