Provision of IT Infrastructure and Operation Management Services
The scope of the present call for tender is to obtain provision of IT infrastructure and operation management services for the Office.
EUIPO premises and/or contractor's premises.
The objective is twofold and consists of the following:
— provide the services that are necessary to enable the successful support and maintenance of the IT-resources currently in use at the EUIPO, and
— provide the services and support to enable improvements based on continous service improvement and projects arising from future strategic plans of the Office.
The Office is planning to award multiple framework contracts, under the cascade mechanism with a maximum of three (3) contractors, resulting from the above procurement procedure. The framework contracts will be concluded initially for two (2) years, renewable for three (3) successive periods each lasting one year, for a maximum duration of five (5) years.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
If the tendering group relies on services to be performed in locations outside of the EU, evidences are required for these locations proving that they comply with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 of 23 October 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data by the Union institutions, bodies, offices and agencies and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 and Decision No 1247/2002/EC that entered into force on 11.12.2018.
Section IV: Procedure
Period necessary for a proper transition in&out,complexity of the infrastructure invloves a lenghty learning process,better technological efficiency and optimisation of delivery in a strategic service for the business continuity of the Office,5 years will optimise the provider's initial investment in setting up technical environments and will guarantee a higher quality service level to the Office.
The public opening will be held at the Office’s premises in Avenida de Europa, 4, E-03008 Alicante, SPAIN.
A maximum of 2 representatives per tender may attend the opening session. For organisational and security reasons, the Office should be informed by email to email@example.com of the full name(s) and ID or passport number of the representatives at least two working days in advance.

The tender documents will be available for download at the address indicated under heading I.3). The website will be updated regularly and it is the tenderers' responsibility to check for updates, modifications or answers to questions during the tendering period.
Within 2 months of the notification to the plaintiff, or, in absence thereof, of the day on which it came to the knowledge.
