Security Guard Services
This procurement procedure aims at awarding a single framework contract for the provision of Security Guard Services.
Mainly Europol premises in The Hague, The Netherlands. Upon request other venues in The Netherlands during events organised by Europol.
The framework contract covers the physical deployment of security guards at Europol Premises and external Europol events organised in The Netherlands.
Two possible automatic renewals of 12 months each.

Maximum 1 representative per tenderer. For security reasons, tenderers must register within the given deadline (please see the invitation to tender and tender specifications) to be allowed to attend the opening session.
Section VI: Complementary information
Approximately within 4 years time.
Within 3 years following the signature of the framework contract resulting from the current call for tenders, Europol may use the negotiated procedure under point 11.1.e of Annex 1 to FR to procure new services from the contractor(s) up to a maximum of 50 % of the initial framework contract ceiling. These services will consist in the repetition of similar services entrusted to the contractor and will be awarded under the following conditions: if Europol’s needs for security guards and related services will increase during the lifetime of the contract.
Within 2 months of the notification to the plaintiff, or, in absence thereof, of the day on which it came to the knowledge. A complaint to the European Ombudsman does not have as an effect either to suspend this period or to open a new period for lodging appeals.
