SAVE THE DATE! TED event on 29-30 April 2024

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming event, "Public Procurement Data Superpowers: Transparency in public procurement – Harnessing artificial intelligence". The conference will take place on 29-30 April 2024, at the Residence Palace in Brussels and online, aligning with major anniversaries, including 30 years of the European single market, 40 years since TED's launch, and 25 years of TED online.

This event aims to take stock of key legal and technical advancements in the way we collect and disseminate European public procurement data and to reflect with all stakeholders on how to make the most of procurement data in the future for our society and economy.

Key topics will include the public procurement data space, the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence, and eForms – the exclusive standard for publishing procurement data since October 2023. These will be presented by expert speakers from national authorities, EU institutions, NGOs, and procurement specialists.

The event will cater for the interests and needs of a diverse audience, including TED data users and reusers, eSenders responsible for submitting procurement-related information to TED for publication, national publishers, academia, policymakers, and more.
