Lot 1: Comprises responsive repairs, maintenance and void works to the client’s housing stock.
The London Borough of Redbridge (LBR) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced service providers to fulfil the requirements of a new housing responsive repairs and maintenance contract to its housing portfolio of c.6 000 properties. This will be a TPC 2005 (as amended) Contract, which will run for an initial period of 7 years, with options to extend. Responsive repairs will be undertaken under a Price Per Property (PPP) model and void property works under a Price Per Void (PPV) model.
