Cur síosOslo municipality c/o Oslobygg KF, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of a collaboration contract Ellingsrud school - renovation and new building. Ellingsrud School is a secondary school with 4 parallel classes, located right by the Ellingsrud centre and the underground station. The school shall be expanded through the project with one class bar. The existing building shall be completely renovated and a new building, addition and minor extension shall be constructed. The project mainly has ordinary framework conditions, and follows SKOK, TEK etc. The existing building is protected and the building is listed on the Cultural Heritage Management Office ́s yellow list. This requires ongoing dialogue and cooperation with the Cultural Heritage Management Office (BYA). As preparation for total renovation and new construction in order to realise the new school, redevelopment and light demolition of the existing buildings at Ellingsrud school shall be carried out. These work shall be carried out parallel to the interaction ́s phase 1. The works include total renovation of the existing building, with the new wing being constructed, which shall be connected to the existing building, as well as some alterations to the existing building, see annex C 2.1 Technical Requirement Specifications.
