Deze voorselectie-leidraad heeft betrekking op de verkoop van de ontwikkelingslocatie aan de Kloosterstraat door de gemeente Brunssum.

Met deze (voor)selectieprocedure is de gemeente Brunssum voornemens een marktpartij te selecteren die de locatie voor eigen rekening en risico op een integrale manier ontwikkelt. Het vastgoed, realiseren van openbare ruimte en het aanhelen van de openbare ruimte wordt door de marktpartij gerealiseerd. Uitgangspunt is dat de gemeentelijke grond aan de marktpartij wordt verkocht door de gemeente. Na realisatie van het gehele project wordt de nieuw gerealiseerde openbare ruimte door de gemeente teruggekocht.
