Förfarandets viktigaste kännetecken: The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) parts I and III. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the open tender contest procedure, c.f. the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-1 (1). Negotiations are not allowed in this competition. Tenders cannot, therefore, be changed after the tender deadline has expired. For this reason, tenderers are invited to submit their best terms in the submitted tender offer.
